Terms & Conditions of service, Delivery, Cancellation, Refund and Return Policies
Delivery
I place one order each month, with the deadline usually being the first Sunday of the month. Manufacturing & delivery is approximately 4 weeks, but don’t worry, you will be kept up to date on the progress of your order once you place it.
I plan to have your orders dispatched within 2-3 days of your placemats arriving with me at my studio.
All “Buy it now” placemats will be dispatched within 2-3 days of your order being placed.
If you are worried that your order hasn’t been delivered in the time specified or you haven’t heard from me, please get in contact and I will be more than happy to help.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel (depending on the weight), with their standard 2-3 day service.
- 1 placemat = £4.50
- 2 placemats = £6.00
- 3 placemats = £7.50
- 4 + placemats = £8.00
Notecards & invitations
Once you confirm you are happy with the artwork, text & layout of your design, printing & delivery can take between 5-7 days from ordering. I will keep you updated throughout the whole process and let you know when to expect delivery. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel (depending on the weight), with their standard 2-3 day service.
Limited Edition Prints
Once you confirm you are happy with the artwork, text & layout of your artwork, printing & delivery can take between 7-10 days from ordering. I will keep you updated throughout the whole process and let you know when to expect delivery.
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel (depending on the weight), with their standard 2-3 day service.
My website only allows delivery to the UK, however if you require overseas delivery, please get in contact to discuss.
Returns & Refunds
All designs at confirmed before payment is made, therefore it is your responsibility as the customer to make sure you enter the correct details.
Returns & refunds will only be accepted on damaged goods. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please email me with photo evidence and I will be more than happy to help with a replacement or refund. You have up to 14 days on receiving your order to apply for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please get in contact as soon as possible, and I will be more than happy to help.
